As Managing Partner and Founder Mr. Jacobson oversees the Company’s full range of activities with primary focus on interfacing with development partners, equity partners and senior lenders. His duties also include conducting feasibility studies, strategic planning and portfolio management. Mr. Jacobson has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry primarily in commercial office and multi-million dollar estate development. He has spent the last seven years focused on the acquisition and ownership of office buildings leased to State, County and Federal agencies. Prior to founding Capstone Property Investments, LLC, Mr. Jacobson was the Managing Director of a privately held family real estate investment enterprise and was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions and oversaw the management and value-added renovation/reconstruction of office buildings and properties in the Los Angeles area.

His professional history also includes 12 years experience in venture capital, primarily in the Bio-tech arena, in which he was instrumental in developing and implementing commercially-sponsored, low-overhead University sub-contract research programs to maximize R&D budgets. Mr. Jacobson is a Professional Member of NCREIF (National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries) and an Advisory Member of FOX, LLC (Family Office Exchange)
