Investment Programs  
Capstone’s investment programs are uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the Company’s individual and institutional investors/limited partners (“Investors”). Capstone-sponsored partnerships provide investors with the opportunity to participate in above average yields and appreciation of investment-grade properties, while Capstone assumes the responsibility of the acquisition, management, and the ultimate disposition of the asset. As a risk-mitigation tool Capstone strategically focuses on United States Government long-term leased properties. The Capstone partnership vehicle provides attractive, predictable, tax-advantaged current income with ample opportunity for capital appreciation.

All partnerships are structured so that Capstone’s primary compensation is earned only after the Investors receive a preferred return on their investment and, at disposition of the asset, the return of their original capital. This insures that Capstone’s interests are congruent with those of its Investors

Capstone partnerships are usually limited to 20 qualified investors per transaction. In some instances, however, Capstone will structure an investment vehicle to satisfy the needs of one institution or family. In these instances Capstone may be an investor or may act solely as a fiduciary depending on the wishes of the Investor.
