Capstone sponsors partnerships in which it invests its own capital on the same basis as its investors/limited partners ("Investors"). This structure insures Investors that Capstone’s interests are congruent with their own. Typically Capstone will take a maximum of 20 qualified Investors per transaction to ensure that each of our Investors receives the highest quality of personal service from the principals of Capstone. In some cases, however, Capstone will create an investment vehicle for one institution or family. In these instances Capstone may be an investor or may act solely as a fiduciary depending on the wishes of the Investor.
Government-leased properties are an important, specialized asset class of real estate and, as such, are not readily available. Capstone Property Investments, LLC has developed a particular expertise in sourcing and acquiring such properties and is now making this asset class available for Investors wishing to diversify their portfolio.
